Ingredients for 10/12 people:
500 gr. flour
400 gr. toasted almonds
100 gr. softened butter
400 gr. sugar.
Put the flour in a mound on the table together with the sugar, make a well and break in the eggs, then add the butter. Mix well starting from the middle and also add the almonds. With this mixture make some rolls about 3 cm wide and put them on a baking tray.
Bake in the oven at 170° for about 15/20 minutes.
Take the rolls out of the oven and after 5 minutes cut them into slices and leave to cool in the oven once turned off.
