Happy Birthday Orcia Doc!

The denomination Orcia Doc was born on 14 February 2000, Valentine’s Day, thanks to the tenacity of some of the founder producers of the Consortium of Orcia Wine with the purpose of promoting the image of this wine and the territory where it is produced.

Sangiovese is the protagonist of this wine, the vine is the prince of Tuscany and the “fil rouge” linking our oenology. The wines produced here are a synthesis of the commitment and passion that every day the producers put into their work, from the care of the vineyard to the sale of the final product.  It is often a family affair using excellent competence in the respect of the environment. Orcia wine is after 17 years still produced with loving care by real artisan winemakers. So on this special day our best wishes to all the wine lovers in love and happy birthday Orcia wine.
